India Telecom Infra Limited (ITIL) was incorporated in 2007 as
a joint venture between TVS Interconnect Services Limited (TVS-ICS)
a group company of the TVS Group of companies and Infrastructure Leasing & Financial
Services Limited (IL&FS). This venture was initiated with the mandate
to be ‘A leading integrated telecom infrastructure provider’ and tap a sizeable
share in the growing telecom infrastructure market. ITIL leverages the combined
synergies of TVS Group and IL&FS to build and provide end-to-end telecom services
for large and complex projects. We are involved in site location, design, execution
and maintenance of infrastructure for telecom network operators.

ITIL has its presence in 18 circles providing end-to-end network
infrastructure solutions to a wide range of telecom service providers. It aspires
to have its footprint in all the 23 circles in the near future.
ITIL, with its team of quality and committed professionals, believes in enhancing
and creating value for its customers. A unique combination of experience, expert
resources, and innovative technology solutions enables ITIL to deliver reliable,
eco-friendly, innovative and scaleable infrastructure solutions that enable service
providers overcome the challenges of providing high-quality network services.
ITIL’s project management meets the industry standards, reduces risk to the end
users and provides cost-effective solutions within a set time frame. The current
portfolio of clients, such as IDEA, VODAFONE, TATA, AIRCEL and BSNL
to whom it provides network services, has positioned ITIL as one of the key leaders
in the telecom infrastructure market. New telecom players like SWAN, SISTEMA,
UNITECH and DATACOM, among others have confidently chosen ITIL as their
infrastructure service provider.
ITIL is a pioneer in developing a first-of-its-kind Telecom Resource Planning
Tool (TRPT) to provide customized network
rollout plans. Proactive involvement, at every step, to evolve and manage simple
to complex infrastructure development, enables its clients deliver the best service
to their customers. The Grid and Auto Planning method is used to identify and process
grids to cover potential areas with good signal strengths, whilst ensuring that
they do not exceed the coverage area overlap limit.
ITIL, with a projected multi-billion-dollar investment, sees itself as the leading
telecom infrastructure provider to pan the whole of India and become a world leader
in providing global network infrastructure.
